Customer Satisfaction

If for any reason you are unhappy with a product purchased in store from Office Outlet, you may return it with proof of purchase within the applicable timeframe. The product must be returned in its original and unspoilt condition along with the manufacturer’s original box, packaging material and any manuals. Subject to what is stated below, your purchase will be refunded or the item exchanged.

30 Day Return Period

  • All products except laptops, PCs and printers will be issued with a refund or exchange.
  • Software in opened packages will only be exchanged for the exact same title, no refund.
  • Purchases of Staples gift cards cannot be returned, refunds are not available

14 Day Return Period

  • Laptops, PCs and printers will be issued with a refund or exchange
  • Any item must be returned complete with any bundled software and extra promotional items.
  • Purchases of Staples gift cards cannot be returned, refunds are not available.

Credit and Debit Card Purchases

Purchases made by a credit or debit card may only be exchanged or a credit issued to the purchasing card account within the above criteria.

No proof of Purchase

Products without a proof of purchase with only be exchanged at the manager’s discretion.

Refunds over £300 on cash or cheque purchases will only be made via a cheque issued from Office Outlet Support Centre.
