Premier Account General Terms and Conditions

General:The words ‘We’, ‘Us’ and ‘Our’ refer to SUK Retail Limited T/A Office Outlet. The word ‘You’ and ‘Your’ refers to the Business specified in this Agreement. The word ‘Card’ refers to the Office Outlet Premier Account Card(s) which is/are issued pursuant to these conditions. ‘Account User(s)’ means any person(s) issued with a Card by Us.

Your Agreement:This Agreement will take effect on the date of its signature by Us. An Account will be opened in Your business name, and We will issue You with a Card for each employee, partner or director nominated by You on the application form and accepted by Us. The acceptance of an application is at SUK Retail Limited’s discretion and We may refuse or revoke Cards from the Account User(s) at any time without cause. In accordance with these conditions, You can allow the Account User(s) to use the Card issued to them for discount against goods and services supplied by SUK Retail Limited in any Office Outlet store up to the specified discount level set by Us. The discount has no cash value. The Card must be used only for purchases for professional use or for business purposes of the Account Holder. We reserve the right to vary all or any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the discount, at any time without prior notice. If any changes are made to this agreement, the revised terms and conditions will be available on the website immediately. Please check the website for any changes. Any waiver or indulgence granted by Us shall not affect our rights. We may transfer our rights and/or obligations under this Agreement. The Agreement shall be personal to You and You will not permit any person other than the Account User(s) to use the Card issued to him/her by Us. These terms and conditions do not affect the general sales conditions of SUK Retail Limited which shall prevail in case of discrepancy.

Your Account: We will send You a monthly Spend Summary listing the purchase history made by Account User(s) during the preceding month to Your nominated email address. Invoices for these purchases will be sent with the Spend Summary via email, which are for reference only as payment will be taken at point of sale. You must include a valid email address and postal address in order to participate In the Office Outlet Premier Account. Contact details may be used for 1) enabling discount for use on orders; 2) account updates and notices, spend summaries and invoices; and 3) Office Outlet vouchers and offers unless You have opted out from Direct Marketing communications

Card: Account User(s) cannot make use of the discount until receipt of the Card. All Cards must be signed by Your nominated Account User(s) immediately upon receipt. Your Office Outlet Premier Account Card must be present at time of purchase to claim the discount. All Account User(s) will be required to provide a photo ID and sign for the purchases with discount on behalf of the business at the point of sale and the signature must match that on the Card. No discount will be given after the transaction. No liability is accepted by Us if a) You, or the Account User(s), are unable to use the Card, or b) We are unable (directly or indirectly) to comply with our obligations under this Agreement due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to industrial action, data processing or transmission link failure. All Cards issued shall remain the property of SUK Retail Limited at all times, and You must ensure the return to us all Cards issued, immediately upon request. If a Card is lost, stolen or misused, You, or the Account User(s) must i) notify us immediately, and ii) indemnify us in respect of any loss or liability We incur arising out of any such loss, damage or misuse of the Card, either by the Account User(s) or arising as a consequence of any such act by him/her.

Exclusions: The Office Outlet Premier Account Card and the associated discount cannot be used on the following items: postage stamps, gifts cards, warranties, laptops, PCs, tablets, printers, clearance items, purchases made on third party websites, including Print Centre Online and delivery fees. SUK Retail Limited may limit the use of the Premier Account Card on certain promotional offers without prior notice. We may also limit the number of units of products per customer or order (including for any bulk purchases of items on promotion or special offers).

Use of Your Information: From time to time, the personal information that You will provide to Us, or that will be generated under this Agreement, will be collected and processed by Us as database owners for the purposes of to administer Your account, send account notices, provide product purchase history via Spend Summaries and Invoices and to provide the products and services You have requested from Us. However, from time to time We would like to contact You with details of other offers/services/competitions We provide through direct marketing (subject to Your consent if required), and other SUK Retail Limited companies. Pursuant to the applicable data protection legislation, You will be entitled to object at any time against the use of personal data for direct marketing purposes, by calling customers services on 0333 300 0078 or in writing to Customer Services, Office Outlet Premier Accounts, SUK Retail Limited, Hampden Court, Kingsmead Business Park, Frederick Place, High Wycombe, Bucks, HP11 1JU.

We occasionally record or monitor some of our telephone calls in order to ensure that what is being said is correct. When such telephone conversations are recorded, We undertake not to make the recordings available to anybody outside the organisation, nor will the recordings by used for any other purpose (unless legally necessary). All recordings are stored securely, and will be erased when their purpose is served. From time to time, and for the purposes listed here above, We may need to make Your records available to our advisors, such as lawyers, accountants, regulatory authorities or other governmental administrations. We will not disclose, use, give or sell any personal information to third parties for any purposes other than to our suppliers and third parties who need to know in order to deliver services on behalf of SUK Retail Limited unless required to do so by law. You consent to the transfer of data We hold about You and the Account User(s) to other affiliates of SUK Retail Limited. Further information about privacy protection with respect to personal data processing is available from the Information Commissioner’s Body.

Termination: In all cases, You will be entitled to access personal data held about You and the Account User(s) and to have inaccurate data corrected or removed. To that effect, You may write to apply for access to data, correction of data or to terminate this agreement by contacting Customer Services, Office Outlet Premier Accounts, SUK Retail Limited, Hampden Court, Kingsmead Business Park, Frederick Place, High Wycombe, Bucks, HP11 1JU. SUK Retail Limited reserves the right at its discretion to terminate the agreement at any time, without prior notice.
